Before you begin
You'll need a teacher, school administrator, counselor, or wellbeing lead account.
Your students need to be checking in. The report uses the check-ins they already do on Peekapak.
Teachers see students in their own classes. Administrators, counselors, and wellbeing leads see the whole school.
Steps
Log in to Peekapak.
Go to the Reports page.
Select the Concerning Emotions Report card. You can also click the link in any notification email, or the bell at the top of your screen.
Look at the list of students.
Teachers see every student across all their classes, no matter which class is selected.
Administrators, counselors, and wellbeing leads see the whole school, split into PK–5 and Grades 6–12. Each student's teacher is listed.
Read a student's row. Each row shows:
the student's name and grade
their three most recent down-mood check-ins, shown as coloured tags
how many down moods they've had in the last 30 days
their Down Moods / Total Check-Ins number
their level: Emerging, Concerning, or Urgent (learn what these mean [add link])
Narrow the list (optional). Use the filters to choose a class, grade, or start and end date. Changing the dates changes which students are listed, not their level.
Click a student's row to see more. You'll see:
a chart of their check-ins for each week of the month
the dates of each check-in, when you hover over the chart
a dropdown to choose a different month
a list of their recent check-ins
Peekapak's Tip: Pay attention to the Down Moods / Total Check-Ins number. Five down moods out of five check-ins is very different from five out of thirty.
What happens next
The report is for viewing only. The next step happens outside of Peekapak: a caring check-in with your student. See resources on how to approach this here.
There's nothing to mark as done or complete. A student's level clears on its own as their check-ins improve.
