Bar charts show monthly trends for mood or feelings check-ins. Mood and feelings categories differ for K-5 and 6-12. All mood data is aggregated to protect student privacy.
Who gets the email?
School Administrators Users designated to oversee reports across all classrooms within a school, including principals, vice principals, counsellors, and other school leaders. | District Administrators Users designated to oversee reports across multiple schools within a district. District administrators can view aggregated usage data across all schools in their district.

*This email is sent exclusively to administrators for schools with at least one active Peekapak class. Teachers, students, parents, and schools with only archived or no classes will not receive it.
When does it arrive? | Monthly reports arrive on the 1st of each month, tracking school-year-to date totals from August 1 through the end of the previous month before resetting every August 1. |
Why is there a zero (0) on my monthly report?
A zero (0) indicates that no activity was recorded for that category, or it does not apply to your school or district's grade levels. For example, an elementary school will see '0' for Assignments Completed because only secondary students complete online assignments.
Our students use Peekapak every week, so why are student logins low?
Many teachers project Peekapak lessons and stories onto a single screen for the whole class. In these cases, the teacher is logged in, but the students are not. Rely on Teacher Logins and Lessons Opened to gauge usage.
The numbers in the report do not match what I see online. Why?
Ensure the filters in your Reports portal match, and the dates are set to the same range (August 1 to the end of the reported month).
I did not get my monthly report. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder. Add support@peekapak.com to your safe senders list so future reports reach your inbox.
Check that it is the first week of the month. Monthly reports are sent on the 1st of each month at 12:00 UTC.
Check that you're on Peekapak's recipient list. Reports are sent only to designated recipients in Peekapak, not all administrator accounts.
Can I get a weekly report or a report for a single class?
No, not at this time. The report is sent once a month and includes your whole school or district. For class-level reporting, click "Log in for detailed reports" to access all reports within your Peekapak dashboard.
Can I stop getting these emails?
Yes. Email us at hello@peekapak.com and ask to stop receiving the monthly report. We will take you off the list. (Unsubscribing from Peekapak news and marketing emails only does not stop the automated monthly report.)
Is it safe to forward a school report?
Yes. These reports contain only aggregated totals, making them safe to forward to school leadership (e.g., principal or vice-principal). To view more details of the report on the Peekapak dashboard, individuals must log in to Peekapak.
