What’s in the district report?
District reports feature the same sections as school reports (teacher engagement, student engagement, and charts), but totals are aggregated across all schools in the district that have at least one active classroom in Peekapak.

*See Peekapak monthly usage report for a detailed breakdown.
If there’s been no activity, you’ll still get the report. It will show zeros and say “No activity recorded.”
Do the district numbers match the school reports?
Yes. District numbers are exact sums of individual school reports. To prevent double-counting, teachers working across multiple schools have Logins and Time Online counted towards their primary school, while Lessons Opened are counted towards a specific classroom.
If the numbers in the monthly report do not match the district reports on your Peekapak portal, please try the following:
Check that all schools are reporting data accurately.
Check that the date range starts on August 1 and ends on the last day of the previous month.
Can I see each school separately within the district report?
Not right now. The district report shows district totals only. To see individual school data, click "Log in for detailed reports" to access the school reports within your Peekapak dashboard.
Why did I get monthly reports for individual schools too?
District administrators will receive separate emails for individual schools that do not have a designated school administrator with Peekapak.
If you'd like to stop receiving individual school reports, designate a school administrator to that school. Once they are added to Peekapak's recipients list, they will receive the monthly reports for their school.
Can I stop getting these emails?
Yes. Email us at hello@peekapak.com and ask to stop receiving the monthly report. We will take you off the list. (Unsubscribing from Peekapak news and marketing emails only does not stop the automated monthly report.)
Is it safe to forward a school report?
Yes. These reports contain only aggregated totals, making them safe to forward to school leadership (e.g., principal or vice-principal). To view more details of the report on the Peekapak portal, individuals must log in to Peekapak.
Who do I contact with questions?
Contact us at hello@peekapak.com.
