If you've unlocked specific units and your student can't see them, please do the following:
Ensure that the right units are toggled on and off in the library. Units that are unlocked should have the toggle be green, and the units that are locked should have the toggle be grey.
If everything has been toggled as expected, check the classroom in the "Classroom Settings" tab and make sure that the correct students are in the classroom. If they are not, refer to this article if the classroom was created manually on Peekapak, or refer to this article if the classroom was synced through either Google Classroom, ClassLink or Clever.
If the issue is still happening at this point and the affected classrooms were synced through Google Classroom, ClassLink or Clever, this may be a sign that the classroom was synced by another teacher. Please try to manually resync your classrooms and see if this resolves the issue the next time students log in.
