If you are experiencing this error message when trying to sync your ClassLink/Clever classrooms, please try the following:
Clear your browser cache and try to sync again
Try logging in through another browser and try to sync again
Reach out to your ClassLink/Clever admin and ensure that your classroom and student data is being shared with Peekapak
(ClassLink) Ensure that all students being shared have a valid email address associated with their accounts
If the error still persists after following these steps, please reach out to us either through email or through the orange chat icon. If possible, please include the date and time that you last received the error message in your email/message.
