Unfortunately, the error code: SIGTRAP is related to the hardware or Chrome OS itself, and possibly even the the conditions on the wi-fi network. You will require support from your in-house IT, for both of the following recommendations:
Go to “chrome://crashes” in the Chrome address. It will open up a page which will list more detailed information about the crash. Crash reporting must be enabled by the IT department.
Ask the IT department to reboot the Wi-Fi router. There is one report from a user that this has solved their problem here.
