In Peekapak Middle School, SELf assessments take place both at the beginning and at the end of each unit. These assessments help educators measure any progress made by students in the particular skill being taught.

In these SEL self assessments, there are no right or wrong answers, just personal thoughts, beliefs, etc. These assessments also allow a return to unit concepts and find connections with previous units, and reflect on personal changes and new insights..

This is not an official diagnostic screener or health assessment. This is a tool for self-reflection to be used with Peekapak’s curriculum.
