You can download your reports as a PDF that's easy to read and share with your staff. There are two kinds:
School report: a PDF summary of your whole school.
Classroom report: a PDF containing student data for one of a teacher's classrooms, or all of them.
Before you begin
You'll need a school or district administrator account.
Steps
To download your school report:
Log in to Peekapak and click the Reports tab.
Select School Reports.
Click Download.
Click PDF File.
When your report is ready, you can download and open it!
To download a classroom report:
Log in to Peekapak and click the Reports tab.
Select School Reports.
Click the Students tab and choose a teacher.
Choose what you'd like to download:
Download Current Classroom Data for the classroom you're viewing
Download All Classroom Data for all of that teacher's classrooms
Click PDF File.
When your report is ready, you can download and open it!
What happens next?
Your PDF report is now ready to read and share.
School report PDFs summarize the data in your school report.
Classroom report PDFs only include student data, not teacher data.
Good to know: You can download PDF reports for one school at a time. You can't download a PDF for your whole district or for several schools at once.
