Brief answer
The disclaimer text on the check-in wheel lets users know that the check-in tool is not used for assessment purposes. It appears at the bottom of the check-in tool page and is there to clear up any confusion about how the tool is used.

How it works
The check-in tool is designed to help students reflect on and share how they're feeling. It's a wellness and self-reflection resource, not a diagnostic or evaluative one. The results are not used to assess or grade students in any way.
To make this clear, a disclaimer now appears directly on the check-in tool page. This text is visible to both educators and students every time the check-in tool is opened, so there's no ambiguity about its purpose.
For students, the disclaimer appears at the bottom of the check-in tool page, whether they land there right after logging in or navigate to it manually via the Check-in tab.
For educators, the disclaimer appears in the bottom left-hand corner of the page when they click into the Check-in Tool tab.
