If you are unable to view the school and/or district reports:
Check your current license type in the "Account Settings" tab. To have access to the school reports, you will need the School Administrator license type, and for the district reports you will need the District Administrator license type.
If your license type incorrect and your account was created through ClassLink or Clever, please reach out to the ClassLink and/or Clever administrator for your school or district. They will need to check if your account is set to have the administrator role, and set it if it's not.
If the updates are made but you still can't access the reports, please reach out to us either through the orange chat button or by emailing support@peekapak.com.
If your account was made through Google Classroom or manually and the license type is incorrect, please reach out to us either through the orange chat button or by emailing support@peekapak.com.
If your current license type is correct but you can't view the reports, please reach out to us either through the orange chat button or by emailing support@peekapak.com.
