Students will automatically receive a popup upon logging in to peekapak.com (note that it will not appear if they login through mypeekaville.com) that prompts them to complete 4 surveys.
Can school and/or district administrators access the surveys?
No, administrators do not have access to complete the surveys.
How long are the surveys?
Surveys on average take 2-3 minutes to complete.
How many surveys are there?
There are 4 types of surveys:

Mental Health & Socio-Emotional Wellbeing
Skills for Life, Learning & Career Success
Healthy Habits & Responsible Citizenship
Teachers who have both elementary (KG-5) and secondary (6-12) will receive 8 surveys, as they are different for different grade ranges.
What if I need an extension on the end date of my surveys?
Please contact your account administrator for an extension.
